I will attempt to be as concise as possible re: your message; ignorance and despicable nationalism often time leads one to siding with the oppressor - despite blatant evidence which would lead us towards otherwise. In respect to Americans, the United States of America has long supported Israel and this association leads many into being emotionally, culturally etc. attached to the apartheid regime.

I will end with this:

Truth is found in death: Saudi Arabia

I just made a loooong post on why I hate this country but why bother. Nobody listens. Nobody cares. You want to believe Saudi Arabia is a good example of Islam? Fine, be my guest. Using a monarchy system, total haram riba currency, no sunnah gold or silver dirham and dinar, selling oil to Israel…

Notice the replies defending the monarchy of Saudia always lead to demonizing Iran in some shape or form; from accusing the Islamic Republic of being lead by kafirs to slandering Shi’as by stating that they follow a religious school of thought on the verge of kufr.
Iran, unlike a majority of the Arab states, aides and assists Palestine and the people of Palestine; from sending an aid convoy after the massacre in the Gaza Strip to providing the Resistance with mechanisms of aid.
Yet, are the leaders in Palestine and the Palestinian people not Sunni? I do not enjoy bringing up sect because I consider it unnecessary and juvenile, yet this is all that they do when their beloved regimes are attacked; “..well yes, but what about the Shi’a…” they ask.
So, for the sake of argument; Yes, what of the Shi’a? What of the Shi’a’s who have assisted Palestine and the people of Palestine since its occupation? What of those who lived in South Lebanon who welcomed in those who were forced out of their homes? What of the Shi’a groups who provide aid to Palestinians in Lebanon’s refugee camps? What of the Shi’a who were jailed by Egypt for attempting to enter Gaza during Operation Cast Lead? What of them? Do they brand their work “Shi’a humanitarianism” to Sunni people? No.
To those who continue to rant and rave about the Shi’a, look to your own pseudo-leaders who have done nothing to support the people of Palestine. Those who are in arms deals with Israel. Those who allowed the United States of America to invade and occupy Iraq. The leaders who have done nothing to support the ummah you are so proud of being a member of.
It is an obvious red-herring, a fallacy, to bring up Shi’a when discussing Saudi Arabia - the oppressors of both schools of thought - Sunni and Shi’a.
Cursed be the tongues who continue to cry “oh but what of the Shi’a!” for they are ignorant and blind be their eyes due to this ignorance for they choose not to see.

Military Trial of 17-year old Palestinian Girl. Charge: Spilling Water on Soldier

“…during home demolitions in the cave-dweller village of Mufakarah, two young women who resisted nonviolently were arrested and charged with “assaulting soldiers” under the Israeli Occupation’s draconian martial law. The older of the two, Sausan Hamamdeh, reached a plea bargain in December resulting in a fine. When reporting on that development, we were fairly confident that her 17-year-old cousin Amal Hamamdeh would see her charges dropped. After all, she just tried to hand Sausan a water bottle to wash her pepper-sprayed eyes, and when soldiers interfered some water were spilled on them.”
